A Naver official stated, "This event is to deliver a message of comfort to those struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on April Fools' Day," adding, "There are various humorous codes included."
Naver placed absurd photos related to the webtoon titles in the webtoon thumbnails. For example, the webtoon 'Maeum-ui Sori' (The Sound of Your Heart) featured a photo of an office worker pulling out a resignation letter, while 'Sin-ui Tap' (Tower of God) showed a photo of piled-up shoes. 'Yumi-ui Sepodeul' (Yumi's Cells) included an actual cell photo, and the 'Gosu' thumbnail was replaced with a photo of the vegetable coriander.
