The ‘Jungnang P-AMP Volunteer Group’ was formed at the end of last year to connect the joy of learning with the practice of sharing. As social distancing measures due to the spread of COVID-19 made it difficult to carry out volunteer activities, the members and course participants collected donations bit by bit with the idea of contributing even a small amount during this national disaster.
The Jungnang Real Estate Asset CEO Course has been operated by Jungnang-gu since 2017 to provide residents with the joy of learning, producing 210 graduates by 2019. It is a prestigious, community-based, high-quality customized lifelong education program.
It has earned high satisfaction from students by offering lectures that provide necessary information for asset management such as real estate market changes and trend analysis, investment and tax-saving strategies, and help with personal life planning.
