Gwangju Bank Dispatches 12 Employees to Gwangju Shinbo to Support COVID-19 Loan Operations
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Gwangju Bank announced on the 27th that it is collaborating by dispatching 12 employees to six branches of the Gwangju Credit Guarantee Foundation to support tasks such as consultations for COVID-19 guaranteed loans.
Due to the surge in consultations at Gwangju Credit Guarantee Foundation regarding management difficulty funds loans for businesses affected by COVID-19, local credit guarantee operations have been delayed, resulting in an actual loan process taking about 1 to 2 months.
Accordingly, Gwangju Bank is dispatching employees to Gwangju Credit Guarantee Foundation to collaborate on various tasks such as consultations and screening cooperation, and has opened dedicated COVID-19 damage consultation counters at all branches to handle guarantee consultations, document submissions, on-site visits, and guarantee agreements.
