[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] An man in his 80s has died in Daegu due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The total number of deaths in the country has risen to 134.
According to health authorities on the 26th, at around 9:55 a.m., an 81-year-old man who was hospitalized and receiving treatment for COVID-19 at Daegu Dongsan Hospital passed away.
He was tested for COVID-19 at the Dong-gu Public Health Center in Daegu on the 24th of last month, confirmed positive, and was admitted to Daegu Dongsan Hospital four days later.
