Chairman Jung joined the relay campaign, which was initiated by Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon, after being nominated by Nae Jae-cheol, Chairman of the Korea Financial Investment Association. He then recommended Jung Gu-yong, Chairman of the Korea Listed Companies Association, Jung Jae-song, Chairman of the KOSDAQ Association, and Kim Gun-ho, Chairman of the KONEX Association as the next participants.
Chairman Jung Ji-won said, “Recently, flower farmers have been facing difficulties as spring events such as graduation and entrance ceremonies have been canceled due to the practice of ‘social distancing’ to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I hope that people can momentarily escape the anxiety and fear caused by the epidemic, look back on neighbors who are struggling, and overcome the COVID-19 crisis together. I also hope that this opportunity will be used to convey warm comfort and gratitude along with flowers symbolizing hope to your precious ones around you.”
