The main crackdown targets include ▲ smuggled pesticides ▲ unregistered pesticides and fertilizers ▲ pesticides past their efficacy guarantee period ▲ fertilizers without guarantee labeling ▲ illegal pesticide distribution through internet and flower retailers.
