Accordingly, all visitors must handle civil complaints at the temporarily installed mobile civil service consultation room on the first floor of the government building, and individual access to offices and departments on the second floor and above will be restricted.
The mobile civil service consultation room will be operated by having the public officials in charge of relevant departments come down to the first floor to handle civil service tasks.
This measure aims to minimize contact with external visitors to reduce the possibility of infectious disease inflow and to stably perform the role of the control tower in emergency situations.
Jangheung-gun has unified the entrance to the main gate of the government building and conducts temperature checks and hand sanitization for all visitors.
Disinfection mats have been installed at the entrance to block sources of infection, and thermal cameras are operated to automatically measure body temperature.
