NH Investment & Securities held the 53rd regular general shareholders' meeting on the 25th at its headquarters in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and announced that CEO Jung Young-chae was reappointed for a two-year term.
Along with CEO Jung, Lee Jung-dae, a non-executive director, was also reappointed for a one-year term.
Im Byung-soon, former head of the Financial Center Support Center at the Financial Supervisory Service, was newly appointed as an inside director (full-time auditor) serving as an audit committee member, and Hong Seok-dong, former vice president of NH Nonghyup Securities, and Jung Tae-seok, former president of Gwangju Bank, were newly appointed as outside directors for two-year terms.

At the shareholders' meeting, the financial statements and consolidated financial statements for last year were approved. Dividends were resolved at 500 KRW per common share and 550 KRW per preferred share. The total amount of dividends is 150.7 billion KRW.
