Osan Man Diagnosed with COVID-19 After Honeymoon Trip to Europe

On the 24th, Osan City announced that Mr. A, a 34-year-old man residing in Osandong, tested positive for COVID-19.
It was investigated that Mr. A went on a honeymoon to Europe and returned on the 16th. From the early morning of the day after his return, Mr. A showed symptoms of fever and immediately visited the Osan Public Health Center's screening clinic for testing, but received a negative result the following day.
Despite the negative test result, his symptoms did not improve, so on the 23rd, Mr. A was tested again at the Osan Korea Hospital screening clinic and was confirmed positive that day.

The city plans to transfer Mr. A to Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Anseong Hospital and disinfect his residence and other locations. In addition, together with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, they are investigating Mr. A's movement routes.
