IKEA Korea Launches 'Gunrid Curtain' with Air Purification Function
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] IKEA Korea announced on the 24th that it will launch the ‘Gunrid (GUNRID)’ curtain with air purification function next month.
The Gunrid curtain, which has a mineral surface treatment on the curtain surface, applies the photocatalytic principle where mineral components cause an oxidation reaction when exposed to light, decomposing pollutants. It is characterized by decomposing acetaldehyde, which causes household odors, and substances that pollute indoor air.
The Gunrid air purification curtain is a sustainable air purification solution that does not require separate electrical energy, unlike general air purifiers that use electricity. It can keep indoor air clean and maintained through an easy and simple installation method, and also offers efficient space utilization and excellent interior effects.
