[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] GS Construction announced on the 24th that it plans to launch sales of ‘Shin Dongtan Foret Zai,’ a large apartment complex developed through the Banwol District urban development project in Banwol-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province, in April.

Shin Dongtan Foret Zai is a large-scale apartment complex consisting of 12 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,297 households. It comprises ▲474 units of 59㎡ (exclusive area) ▲319 units of 74㎡ ▲299 units of 84㎡A ▲199 units of 84㎡B, and ▲6 units of 84㎡P (penthouse).

The biggest advantage of this complex is its location, which allows residents to enjoy all the core infrastructure of the southern Gyeonggi area. From nearby Mangpo Station on the Bundang Line, it takes 10 minutes to Suwon Station, about 30 minutes to Pangyo Station, and 40 minutes to Gangnam Station by subway. Additionally, wide-area buses connecting Seoul’s Gangnam area and Seoul Station are available nearby, and the proximity to Yongin, Seoul, Gyeongbu, and Yeongdong Expressways provides a solid wide-area transportation network.
