Cuckoo Opens Premium Experiential Store in Uijeongbu Branch
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Cuckoo announced on the 23rd that it opened an experiential premium store in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 20th. In response to the recent trend of consumers valuing experiences, the existing Uijeongbu specialty store has been renewed into an experiential premium store to increase consumer contact points at offline stores.
The Uijeongbu store, built on two above-ground floors, features four themed display zones on the first floor. These include the ‘Twin Pressure and Electric Range Zone’ showcasing Cuckoo Electronics’ kitchen and home appliances, the ‘Inspure Zone’ for clean appliances, the ‘Nello Zone’ which has attracted high interest from pet owners, and the ‘Healthcare Zone’ displaying massage chairs and Palomo beds for healthy relaxation.
Each display zone exhibits products that visitors can actually use. Consumers can directly experience how Cuckoo’s unique technologies are implemented in products, such as the ‘Cat Safety Mode’ installed on the electric range, the water purifier’s ‘Self-Sterilization Function’ and ‘Sterilized Water Dispensing Function’.
The Uijeongbu store is the first Cuckoo specialty store to operate a customer lounge and service center separated from the sales area. Located on the second floor, this space enhances convenience by separating the lounge and A/S area from the sales floor so customers can receive the best service in a comfortable environment.

Cuckoo will provide purchase gifts for each product to customers who visit the Uijeongbu store until the 19th of next month. When purchasing a Master Chef, an additional inner pot will be given, and customers who buy an electric range or air purifier will receive a single-burner induction cooker and two types of frying pans. Additionally, customers purchasing multiple home appliances will be given a mobile-exclusive coupon worth up to 100,000 KRW.
