SK, CJ, POSCO and 561 Companies to Conduct Electronic Voting Between the 22nd and 30th
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Korea Securities Depository announced on the 22nd that a total of 561 companies with December fiscal year-end are using the Depository's electronic voting system (K-eVote) ahead of their annual general meetings between the 22nd and 30th of this month.
On the 24th, electronic voting will close for 70 companies including SK and Shinsegae, and on the 25th, for 53 companies including SK Innovation and SillaJen.
Additionally, companies such as POSCO and Korea Electric Power Corporation will operate the electronic voting system until the 26th, while CJ and KT will do so until the 29th.
The electronic voting and electronic proxy exercise hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. On the last day of exercise, voting is available until 5 p.m.
