'Jeonchamshi' Kim Sin-young, Reveals the Story Behind Song Eun-yi's Tribute Song "Jura Jura, Give Me a Vacation"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Kim Shin-young created a tribute song for Song Eun-i, the 'team leader' of Celeb Five.
On the 21st, the MBC show 'The Manager' aired a scene where the Celeb Five members (Song Eun-i, Shin Bong-sun, Kim Shin-young, Ahn Young-mi) were practicing choreography.
During the broadcast, Kim Shin-young said that while the Celeb Five members were eating handmade sujebi together, she created a tribute song called 'Jura Jura Song Representative' dedicated to Song Eun-i. The lyrics were about asking for a vacation, and the song was created in collaboration with composer Yoo Jae-hwan. In response, Song Eun-i humorously replied, "Jura Jura raise the sales," which made everyone laugh.
Meanwhile, after the broadcast featuring Celeb Five, former member Kim Young-hee, who left the group, became a topic of discussion again. In the past, Kim Young-hee appeared on 'Video Star' and dismissed her departure as an 'honorary graduation,' causing laughter among those around her. She explained that she graduated because she was worried that her demanding schedule might interfere with the members' dance practice.
She further explained by comparing herself to "After School's Uee," referring to the 'graduation system' where members graduate but the team continues to exist.
Celeb Five debuted in January 2018 with the song 'I Want to Be a Celeb' and continued to receive public love by releasing songs such as 'Shutter' and 'I Buy Unseen Eyes' while maintaining steady musical activities.
