The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted, "Relatively warm air will flow in, so daytime temperatures will be relatively warm, but the temperature difference between day and night will be large, exceeding 10 degrees."
The morning temperature on this day is expected to be between 2 and 11 degrees Celsius, and the daytime temperature between 15 and 23 degrees Celsius. In the morning, strong winds will blow in most regions nationwide, and in Gangwon Yeongdong, where a strong wind advisory has been issued, very strong winds of 12 to 20 m/s (with instantaneous maximum wind speeds exceeding 25 m/s) are expected.
Dryness advisories are also in effect for Gangwon Yeongdong, Gyeongsang Province, Jeonnam, and some inland central regions.
From around 3 p.m. on this day, rain will begin in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas, expanding to Gangwon and northern Chungbuk by night, and mostly stopping by around 3 a.m. the next day.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 10 mm for Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon (excluding Gangwon Yeongdong), and less than 5 mm for Gangwon Yeongdong, northern Chungcheongbuk-do, Ulleungdo, Dokdo, and the West Sea 5 Islands.
