According to Namyangju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on the 20th, police officers working at the Namyangju Hwado Precinct found a shopping bag in front of the precinct's entrance on the 17th.
Inside the shopping bag were 11 masks and a letter. The letter read, "I am happy to share the love I received. I am sorry it is so little."
CCTV footage from the precinct showed a woman leaving the shopping bag and disappearing quietly.
The Hwado Precinct plans to distribute the donated masks to vulnerable groups among visitors.
On the same day, at Haemil Police Box, a fourth-grade elementary school girl donated 10 masks along with a letter saying, "Thank you very much to the police officers who keep us safe."
