Samsung Semiconductor Conducts Largest Ever Experienced Hiring Despite COVID-19 Impact
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Samsung Electronics has launched the largest-ever recruitment of experienced professionals despite the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to industry sources on the 20th, Samsung Electronics announced on the 19th that it will recruit experienced employees for 51 positions across 10 organizations in the DS (Device Solutions) division.
The semiconductor division of Samsung Electronics usually conducts occasional experienced hires for specific organizations, but this year, since experienced hires are being made across all organizations, the scale is known to be the largest ever.
The recruitment areas include the three business units of Memory, System LSI, and Foundry, as well as the Semiconductor Research Institute, TSP Headquarters, and the Comprehensive Technology Institute. The newly established smart factory construction organization, the DIT (Data & IT) Center, is also included this year.
