25 Companies and Institutions Selected in Seoul
Professional Consultants Provide Up to 4 Free Visits for Consulting
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Seoul Foundation of Women and Family announced on the 20th that it is accepting applications for customized on-site consulting to create 'Work and Life Balance (Work and Life Balance)' workplaces for companies and institutions located in Seoul.
The Work and Life Balance consulting is provided free of charge through the Seoul Work-Life Balance Support Center, and companies and institutions wishing to participate can apply through the website.
The center will select 25 companies and institutions from the applicants, and professional consultants will visit each place up to four times to provide customized consulting. The process involves diagnosing each company's work-life balance level, understanding the needs of management and employees, and designing systems and programs tailored to their characteristics.
Companies participating in the consulting may later be recommended as excellent companies for work-life balance by Seoul City. If selected as an excellent company through evaluation, they will receive benefits such as commendations from Seoul City, special funding support for excellent female employment companies, and additional points in the detailed criteria for Seoul City general service qualification reviews.
