On the same day, the United Future Party held the '21st National Assembly Election Central Election Countermeasure Committee Launching Ceremony' at the National Assembly in the morning and finalized the composition of the election committee.
The party's figurehead, Hwang Kyo-ahn, will serve as the overall election committee chairman. Along with Hwang, four individuals including Shim Jae-cheol, floor leader, Park Hyung-joon, former Innovation and Integration Promotion Committee chairman, and Shin Se-don, honorary professor of economics at Sookmyung Women's University, will serve as co-chairmen. Assemblyman Lee Jin-bok will take charge as the head of the overall election countermeasure headquarters, leading the practical work.

The chairpersons for the five regional committees were also confirmed on the same day. Former Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon was appointed for the Seoul region, and former Incheon Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok was selected for the Incheon-Gyeonggi region. Former emergency committee chairman Kim Byung-joon will lead the election in the central region including Chungcheong and Gangwon. Assemblyman Kim Kwang-rim was appointed as the election committee chairman for the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, and Assemblyman Cho Kyung-tae was appointed for the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region.
