During the discussion, various opinions were raised regarding the creation of a horizontal and flexible organizational culture and breaking old practices to build a collaborative workplace, including ▲ operation of the Empathy Greeting Council ▲ enhancement of the effectiveness of multi-faceted evaluations ▲ establishment of fair and rational principles for task allocation ▲ promotion of horizontal seating arrangements ▲ work diet ▲ improvement of meeting culture ▲ activation of work knowledge accumulation and sharing ▲ organizational adaptation and work competency enhancement for new public officials. Suggestions for improvements and new ideas were also presented.
Since diverse opinions were expressed by department, rank, and gender, the city plans to actively accept feasible suggestions through consultations with practical departments and promote tangible administrative innovation.
