According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, due to cold and dry air moving southward from the northwest, strong winds with maximum instantaneous wind speeds exceeding 90 km/h are expected between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. By 3 p.m., rain of around 5 mm is expected in central regions such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong provinces.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 8°C △Daejeon 11°C △Daegu 8°C △Busan 13°C △Jeonju 11°C △Gwangju 11°C △Cheongju 11°C △Chuncheon 5°C △Gangneung 13°C △Jeju 12°C △Ulleungdo·Dokdo 11°C △Baengnyeongdo 6°C.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be △Seoul 9°C △Daejeon 13°C △Daegu 17°C △Busan 19°C △Jeonju 12°C △Gwangju 14°C △Cheongju 13°C △Chuncheon 11°C △Gangneung 15°C △Jeju 18°C △Ulleungdo·Dokdo 14°C.
According to the National Institute of Environmental Research, fine dust levels will be at 'bad' levels in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and North Chungcheong areas, while other regions will experience 'moderate' levels.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Very strong winds will blow nationwide, and as cold air flows in, daytime temperatures will drop by about 2 to 7 degrees, making it chilly." They added, "Special attention should be paid to managing facilities and preventing safety accidents, such as tents set up outdoors like screening clinics, signboards, construction sites, and transmission towers."
