View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jeong Yun-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 18th that it signed a "Business Agreement for Audit Specialization and Integrity Management" with KEPCO KPS at Kibo's headquarters located in Munhyeon-dong, Busan, aiming to strengthen the professionalism of audit activities through the exchange and cooperation of audit information.
Through this agreement, both organizations promised cooperation in various areas, including ▲ mutual support of internal audit personnel for cooperative and cross audits ▲ mutual support for vulnerable areas of internal control and exchange of information on excellent areas ▲ sharing of internal audit findings and exemplary cases of integrity work. Both organizations have established a system to organically exchange audit know-how through personnel exchanges and information sharing, and it is expected to play a role in enhancing management transparency and fairness by creating synergy in each organization's internal audit activities. Park Se-gyu, an auditor at Kibo, stated, "Public institutions with different work areas have strengthened their audit capabilities by benchmarking each other's strengths through this agreement and have taken a step forward in raising the professionalism and efficiency of integrity work."
