Daewoo Industrial Development Donates Funds and Provides Snacks to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Daewoo Industrial Development announced on the 18th that it has donated funds to Daegu Kyungpook National University Hospital to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and will provide bread as snacks for 7 days starting from the 7th.
Daegu Kyungpook National University Hospital, located in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk region where the highest number of COVID-19 confirmed cases have occurred nationwide, is operating nationally designated negative pressure isolation beds and focusing on treating confirmed patients. The donated funds will be used for medical staff and patients who are fighting on the front lines of the COVID-19 response.
Along with this, Daewoo Industrial Development plans to provide bread made at the bakery cafe-style complex community center ‘Ian Gonggam Greenery Daegu Branch’ as snacks for medical staff for 7 days starting from the 18th.
