Recruiting 15 Female Reporters in Dobong-gu
Dobong News Open Recruitment for 15 Female Reporters to Deliver District News from Residents' Perspectives Until April 6
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dobong-gu (Mayor Dongjin Lee) is recruiting female reporters to quickly deliver vivid news from the perspective of residents through the monthly newsletter "Dobong News," which has been delivering the latest district news to residents.
Female reporters will perform promotional activities by vividly covering various district events and heartwarming stories from the residents' point of view and conveying news about Dobong-gu.
The recruitment target is 15 people, and any woman registered as a resident of Dobong-gu can participate.
The application period is until April 6, and applicants must submit a "Female Reporter Application Form" and one article related to Dobong-gu (within 4 pages of 200-character manuscript paper) via email (always257@dobong.go.kr).
The application forms, including the female reporter application, can be downloaded from the Dobong-gu Office website. Final candidates will be notified individually after document screening in early April and will be active for two years starting May of this year.
Selected female reporters will receive a letter of appointment, reporter ID, business cards, and other materials to facilitate smooth reporting activities. Selected articles will be published in the Dobong-gu newsletter, and a fixed manuscript fee will be paid.
Additionally, the district plans to support female reporters by providing writing education such as article writing methods, major event schedules, and reference materials for coverage to help deliver district promotional activities vividly.
