[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] KakaoTalk experienced a disruption on the 17th, one day before its 10th anniversary. This occurred 15 days after an error on the 2nd.
Kakao stated, "Due to a temporary internal network error, from 6:43 PM to 7:16 PM, for about 30 minutes, some users experienced issues sending and receiving messages on both the mobile and PC versions," adding, "The issue was detected immediately and resolved through an emergency inspection, and all services are now operating normally."
KakaoTalk had previously encountered an error on the 2nd, causing inconvenience to some users working remotely due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
