[Today’s Weather] Mild Spring Weather... Rain Forecast for Central and Southern Inland Areas

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, due to the influence of a low-pressure trough, the central region will be mostly cloudy, with rain expected from morning to night in eastern Gyeonggi, western Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, inland Gyeongbuk, and inland Jeonbuk. Snow of 1 to 5 cm will fall in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △ Seoul 2°C △ Daejeon 2°C △ Daegu 2°C △ Busan 7°C △ Jeonju 2°C △ Gwangju 2°C △ Chuncheon 0°C △ Gangneung 5°C △ Jeju 8°C △ Ulleungdo and Dokdo 5°C.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be △ Seoul 13°C △ Daejeon 13°C △ Daegu 18°C △ Busan 16°C △ Jeonju 14°C △ Gwangju 16°C △ Chuncheon 12°C △ Gangneung 15°C △ Jeju 19°C △ Ulleungdo and Dokdo 12°C.
According to the National Institute of Environmental Research, fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Seoul, southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, and Chungnam areas, while other regions will show 'normal' levels.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Roads will be slippery in areas where rain is falling," and added, "Please be cautious of black ice on mountain roads and bridges where temperatures are low, and pay attention to traffic safety."
