41-Year-Old Woman Living in Seogye-dong Confirmed Positive on the 16th at 11 AM
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Yongsan-gu (District Mayor Seongjang Hyun) has reported the third confirmed case of COVID-19.
The confirmed patient is a 41-year-old woman residing in Seogye-dong, who received her final positive diagnosis at 11 a.m. on the 16th.
The patient works at a call center in Guro. It is known that she had contact with a confirmed colleague (#7265, resident of Nowon-gu) on the 6th.
From the 7th, she showed symptoms of headache, cough, and sputum, and was instructed to self-quarantine (~3.21.) on the 8th, staying at home.
On the 9th, she took a taxi wearing a mask to visit the district health center and underwent a COVID-19 test, which initially came back negative.
However, as coughing symptoms persisted on the 12th, she was advised by the district health center to undergo a retest, and on the 15th, she tested positive in the second test at the district screening clinic.
