[Asia Economy Reporter Donghoon Jeong] An additional death due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has occurred in Daegu. This is the 77th COVID-19 death in South Korea.
According to Daegu City on the 16th, the patient, an 84-year-old male, passed away around 1:24 a.m. while receiving inpatient treatment at Kyungpook National University Hospital in Daegu. His underlying conditions included hypertension, diabetes, and dementia.
