COVID-19 Additional 76 Cases... Total 8,162 Cases (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in South Korea increased by 76 on the 15th, bringing the total to 8,162.
The Central Disease Control Headquarters announced that as of midnight on that day, the number of confirmed domestic cases increased by 76 compared to 4 p.m. the previous day. The additional patients in the metropolitan area and the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region were 22 and 45, respectively.
By region, Daegu had the highest number with 41 cases, followed by Gyeonggi (11), Seoul (9), Gyeongbuk (4), Busan (3), Chungbuk (3), Incheon (2), Gwangju (1), Ulsan (1), and Sejong (1).

The number of patients who were declared recovered and released from quarantine increased by 120 from the previous day to 834. The death toll rose by 3 during the same period to 75.
