[Breaking] 3 Additional Nurses Confirmed Positive in Group Outbreak at Bundang Jesaeng Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyungsoo] Three additional nursing staff at Bundang Jesaeng Hospital in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, have tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to Seongnam City and Bundang Jesaeng Hospital on the 14th, a 28-year-old nurse living in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu City, a 48-year-old nursing assistant living in Wirye-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam City, and a 53-year-old nursing assistant residing in Toechon-myeon, Gwangju City, were confirmed positive.
All three worked on the 8th floor, ward 81, of the main building of Bundang Jesaeng Hospital, where a cluster of confirmed cases occurred. They have been in self-quarantine since the 6th.

Since the first confirmed case at Bundang Jesaeng Hospital on the 5th, a total of 19 people have been infected with COVID-19. Among them, 11 are medical staff, including one doctor, four nurses, and six nursing assistants. In ward 81, 40 nursing staff worked, including 27 nurses and 13 nursing assistants.
