Ulsan COVID-19 Cases Rise to 27... Two More Women from the Same Family Confirmed
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Ulsan has increased to 27.
On the 12th, Ulsan City announced that a 34-year-old woman residing in Nam-gu tested positive for COVID-19 in the afternoon.
The woman is the daughter of a 61-year-old unemployed man who tested positive in the morning and reportedly showed suspicious symptoms since the 11th. Her husband tested negative.
The father, the 26th confirmed case in Ulsan, showed symptoms on the 7th and was tested at a hospital screening clinic on the morning of the 11th.
It has been confirmed that the father is not on the Shincheonji Ulsan congregation list, and the city is currently checking whether the daughter is on this list. Additionally, epidemiological investigations are underway to track their movements.
