According to Samsung Electronics on the 12th, the US IT specialized media HD Guru stated, "The QLED 8K (Q800T) is equipped with a system that delivers the best picture and sound quality," praising its color reproduction, color volume, and HDR performance.
HD Guru also highlighted key features such as ▲‘Anti-Glare Technology 2.0’ that reduces screen light reflection ▲‘Wide Viewing Angle Plus’ that maintains the best picture quality from any position on the screen ▲‘Real Game Enhancer Plus’ that supports the best picture quality, sound, and response speed specialized for gaming. The US tech expert group AVS Forum selected Samsung Electronics' QLED 8K TV as the 'Best Product' of 2020. AVS Forum described it as "fantastic in both design and sound," explaining that "it boasts the best performance for any use, including living rooms, gaming, and home theaters."

TechAris particularly praised the contrast ratio of the QLED 8K. They said, "QLED 8K is a TV that allows you to fully enjoy the detail of contrast in content," and added, "Samsung's QLED technology achieves a superior contrast ratio compared to OLED products."
