Large Malamute Dog Capture Commotion on Gyeongbu Expressway

According to the Busan Police Agency Highway Patrol on the 11th, a report was received at 9:51 p.m. on the 10th to 112 that a large dog was on the central divider near the Tongdosa Interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway heading toward Busan, posing a danger.
When the police arrived, they found an approximately 1-meter-long Alaska Malamute sitting under the central divider.
The police fully closed three lanes heading toward Busan for about 10 minutes, then launched a joint rescue operation with the 119 rescue team and the Korea Expressway Corporation, capturing the Malamute and handing it over to the nearby Ulju County Office.
The police reported that the rescued large dog appeared to have no visible abnormalities.
