View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] Among the confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) that occurred at a call center in Guro-gu, Seoul, all employees who tested positive were found to be working on the 11th floor.
Jung Eun-kyung, head of the Central Disease Control Headquarters, stated at the regular briefing that "So far, 90 confirmed cases have been reported related to the Guro-gu call center," adding, "Among them, 77 are employees, and 13 are contacts of the employees."
Excluding the contacts, all employees who tested positive work on the 11th floor call center. After revealing this, Head Jung said, "Since testing for confirmation is currently underway, the number of confirmed cases is expected to increase."

A total of about 760 people work at the Guro-gu call center. Among them, 207 work on the 11th floor, and 553 work on the 7th and 9th floors. Head Jung stated, "For other call center employees working on the 7th or 9th floors, we will first implement self-quarantine measures and conduct specimen tests to determine the extent of further transmission."
