Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Closes and Disinfects Cheongnyangni Office After Visit by Confirmed COVID-19 Case
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 11th that it will temporarily close its Cheongnyangni building in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, which was visited by a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
A Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance official said, "It was confirmed that a confirmed case visited the Samsung Electronics Service Center located in the Cheongnyangni building, so we decided to close the building temporarily and carry out disinfection work."
Health authorities reportedly carried out disinfection measures on the 7th floor where the service center is located, as well as on shared facilities such as elevators and parking lots the day before.
