3 Additional COVID-19 Cases in Vietnam...Total 34 Confirmed
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] On the 10th, three more COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Vietnam, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 34.
The Vietnamese Ministry of Health announced on the 10th that a 24-year-old Vietnamese woman and a 51-year-old Vietnamese woman in Ho Chi Minh City, southern Vietnam, tested positive, along with a 58-year-old British man in Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province, central Vietnam, increasing the total confirmed cases to 34.
Notably, among the new confirmed cases, two were infected after contact with a 26-year-old Vietnamese woman who is suspected to be a "super spreader."

The 17th confirmed case returned to Hanoi on the 2nd after traveling through Europe, including Italy and the United Kingdom, on a flight from London, and tested positive on the 6th. Subsequently, by the 9th, 11 people including relatives, a driver, and passengers who were on the same flight were consecutively confirmed positive.
