Daiso Delivers 'Happiness Boxes' to 200 Low-Income Households in Daegu
Containing 19 Essential Daily Items
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Asung Daiso, the operator of 'Daiso,' announced on the 10th that it delivered happiness boxes to 200 low-income households in Daegu Metropolitan City, which are struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The happiness boxes consist of 19 essential daily items, including masks, hygiene products, kitchen supplies, and laundry products, and will be delivered through the Korea Social Welfare Association.
Asung Daiso has been expanding its sharing activities, starting with support for single-parent families in December last year in cooperation with the Korea Social Welfare Association, and conducting a children's clothing sponsorship event with the social enterprise Mariette in March this year.
