Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.0 meters high in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters high in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore. Offshore wave heights are forecasted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea. Gusts and localized thunder and lightning may occur in the South Sea, so caution is advised for maritime safety accidents. The southern and western coasts will experience higher sea levels due to the astronomical tide period when the Earth and Moon are closer. Caution is needed to prevent flooding damage during high tide in low-lying coastal areas.
