[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Dong-hoon] After North Korea's short-range projectile launch, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs once again urged the resolution of the Korean Peninsula issue through dialogue.
Geng Shuang, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at a regular briefing on the 9th, "The current situation on the Korean Peninsula is complex and sensitive," adding, "China urges the relevant countries to continue the current phase of easing tensions and to maintain dialogue and negotiations with a flexible attitude on mutually concerned issues to promote denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula."
