According to Daegu City on the 8th, as of midnight, among the 5,378 confirmed cases in the region, there are 6 pregnant women and 1 woman in labor.
The woman in labor gave birth on the 6th of this month at Fatima Hospital, designated as a delivery medical institution. The newborn tested negative for COVID-19.
All 6 pregnant women are staying either at home or at a residential treatment center in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk. It is known that all pregnant women have mild symptoms and no particular problems.
