Wemakeprice O "Full Delivery Brokerage Fee Used to Support Small Businesses"
All Delivery Brokerage Fees Used for Self-Employed During March-April Period
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Wemakeprice announced on the 4th that it has decided to use all delivery brokerage fees on its delivery and pickup service 'Wemakeprice O' to support self-employed business owners struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Wemakeprice O is conducting the 'Wemakeprice O Bosses, Cheer Up' campaign and plans to use the delivery brokerage fees for March and April as a promotion to increase sales for self-employed business owners. According to this policy, self-employed business owners registered on Wemakeprice O can use an amount equivalent to the brokerage fee for each delivery order as customer payback points.
The brokerage fee for Wemakeprice O is around 5%. Accordingly, Wemakeprice decided to return 5% of the delivery order amount to customers in points. Regardless of the type or amount of the delivery order, any delivery order can receive this benefit. Additionally, an event to support the successful settlement of new stores will be held. Newly registered stores on Wemakeprice O will receive a discount coupon of up to 5,000 KRW (10% discount on the payment amount) for each delivery order. All costs incurred from the discount coupons will be covered by Wemakeprice O.
