KB Kookmin Bank to Implement 15% Remote Work for Headquarters Staff Starting from the 27th
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), about 15% of the headquarters department employees at KB Kookmin Bank will begin working from home starting the 27th.
According to the banking sector on the 26th, KB Kookmin Bank decided to implement work-from-home for about 15% of the headquarters department staff from the 27th due to the spread of COVID-19.
Currently, the headquarters department employees are distributed across four locations: the Seoul Yeouido main branch, annex building, Sewoo Building, and The-K Tower, totaling approximately 3,300 employees.
All headquarters departments will conduct work-from-home at this ratio. It is estimated that about 400 employees will start working from home from the 27th.
A KB Kookmin Bank official explained, "Due to the spread of COVID-19, work-from-home has been implemented starting with personnel who can perform the same tasks remotely."
