20s Man Who Killed Ex-Girlfriend Accompanied by New Girlfriend When Disposing of Body
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] It has been revealed that a man in his 20s who killed his ex-girlfriend and put her body in a straw sack was accompanied by his new girlfriend when disposing of the corpse.
On the 25th, the Incheon Western Police Station announced that they plan to request arrest warrants for A (27) on charges of murder and corpse abandonment, and for A's girlfriend, B (female, in her 20s), on charges of corpse abandonment.
A is suspected of beating and strangling C (29, female), who was his lover, to death at a villa in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in mid-month.
After C died, A put the body in a straw sack and began destroying evidence. According to the police, the body was found abandoned in an open field near Moksanggyo Bridge on the Gyeongin Ara Waterway in Sicheon-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
The police believe that B was in the car and accompanied A from the villa in Gangseo-gu to the site where the body was abandoned. However, the murder of C is presumed to have been committed solely by A.
When C's body was discovered around 10 a.m. that day, the police confirmed A's movements and C's identity through closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage around the discovery site, and arrested A and B together at a villa in Gangseo-gu around 11:50 a.m.
