One Captain Missing, Full-Scale Search Underway

According to the Busan Coast Guard, at 2:04 PM that day, a report was received that no one was visible on fishing boat A (1.8t, registered at Busan New Port, coastal composite, 1 crew member) and the boat was half overturned in the sea northeast of Saengdo.
Upon receiving the report, the Busan Coast Guard dispatched patrol vessels, coastal rescue boats, the Central Special Rescue Team, and special forces to the scene.
