"Jcontentree, Expecting Expansion in Broadcasting Performance"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] DB Financial Investment analyzed on the 23rd that growth in the broadcasting business segment of J Contentree is expected this year.
Shin Eunjeong, a researcher at DB Financial Investment, stated, "The first half of this year is burdened by the aftermath of COVID-19 and the absence of major productions," adding, "Both earnings and the listing of Megabox in early 2021 have become uncertain."
However, the broadcasting performance was viewed positively. Researcher Shin Eunjeong explained, "The broadcasting performance figures are based on conservative assumptions of overseas licensing sales, so estimates and target prices can be further revised upward when sales or original productions occur."
