A 39-year-old woman residing in Hapcheon-gun was transferred to Busan National University Hospital (Yangsan), which has a negative pressure isolation room, on the 22nd, and the entrance was closed. The woman is reported to be receiving intensive care without any special symptoms.

On the 22nd, Busan City announced that two women in their 20s residing in Haeundae-gu, Busan, were newly confirmed positive.
Earlier that morning, a 20-year-old woman living in Haeundae-gu was confirmed positive. The city plans to conduct epidemiological investigations on the two newly confirmed women to identify their movement paths and the number of contacts, and will make further announcements accordingly.
