On the 21st, the local public and private daycare center associations and the private kindergarten association signed a business agreement... Promoting the activation and enhancement of Our Neighborhood Care Center through the agreement
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Seon-gap) signed a "Business Agreement for the Activation of Our Neighborhood Care Centers" on the 21st with the local public and private daycare center associations and private kindergarten associations.
Our Neighborhood Care Centers are spaces established to provide rest, leisure, and play areas for all children aged 6 to 12 who need care, aiming to fill the care gap for elementary school children after school.
This agreement was made to build a cooperative system with local daycare centers and kindergartens to enhance the operation and activation of Our Neighborhood Care Centers.
The main contents of the agreement include ▲ linking children using daycare centers and kindergartens to Our Neighborhood Care Centers ▲ organizing tours of Our Neighborhood Care Centers for parents with children about to enter elementary school ▲ sharing opinions on the operation and management plans of Our Neighborhood Care Center programs.
The district opened and has been operating the first Our Neighborhood Care Center in Jayang 3-dong since last September, and the second center located in Jayang 2-dong began remodeling on the 21st, with plans to open by the end of March.
Additionally, efforts are ongoing to expand Our Neighborhood Care Centers, including signing a consignment agreement for the third center.
