View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] I'Park Mall announced on the 21st that it will newly open the first floor, the initial contact space for customers visiting the shopping mall, filled with experiential content.
The newly opened first floor of I'Park Mall is filled with content featuring a completely different concept from the existing MD composition of the first floor of retail stores, including global SPA brands, handmade burgers, bakeries, cafes, and flower shops.
On the first floor of Fashion Park, the New York Times praised 'Tartine Bakery' as the 'best bread in the world,' and the famous New York burger chain 'Shake Shack Burger,' which sparked the handmade burger craze, have been introduced.
Additionally, a booth exhibiting four cars that are rarely seen in everyday life ? the Lamborghini Aventador S, Ferrari Superfast, Bentley Bentayga, and Bentley GT ? has been set up where visitors can directly view the vehicles and receive purchase consultations. This 'Supercar Exhibition' will run until the 10th of next month and will later be used as a space to exhibit eco-friendly vehicles such as electric cars and eco cars.
The global SPA brand Zara, one of the largest fashion brands worldwide and the flagship brand of the world's largest fashion group 'Inditex,' has expanded its women's and men's clothing sections and newly added a ZARA Kids section, renewing and reopening the store with a size of 1,600㎡ (480 pyeong).
This renewed store is the latest store applying Zara's newest manual, featuring fitting rooms equipped with motion sensor functions to enhance customer convenience.
On the first floor of Living Park, 'Avant Cafe,' a gallery-concept cafe where visitors can appreciate artworks by famous domestic artists, has been established. A spacious area covering the entire first floor of Living Park has been allocated for the cafe. I'Park Mall expects this to become a 'meeting plaza' within the mall where visitors can comfortably sit, spend time, and meet.
