[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju Western Fire Station (Chief Kim Youngdon) announced on the 20th that the Hwajeong 119 Safety Center Volunteer Team conducted a "Fun Fire Safety Education with Magic" for 50 elderly people and staff at Jeongdeun Nursing Hospital Elderly Daycare Center.
This volunteer activity was carried out mainly through hands-on experiences tailored to the perspective of elderly people with physical difficulties, focusing on the dangers of fire and actions to take in emergency situations.
In particular, six staff members including Kim Seongcheol, head of Hwajeong Safety Center, attracted the attention of the elderly by performing magic shows, trot music, and CPR skits.
