Jeonbuk Bank Pays 20 Million KRW for Red Cross Special Membership Fee
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Jeonbuk Bank announced on the 20th that it donated 20 million won this year as a special Red Cross membership fee to the Jeonbuk branch of the Korean Red Cross.
Jeonbuk Bank signed a social contribution business agreement with the Jeonbuk branch of the Korean Red Cross in 2007 and has been donating the special Red Cross membership fee annually since 2008. To date, it has supported a total of 260 million won, and at the donation ceremony, the Jeonbuk branch of the Korean Red Cross presented a special membership certificate as a token of appreciation.
In particular, Jeonbuk Bank’s cumulative donation amount related to social contribution activities, including the special Red Cross membership fee, has exceeded 500 million won, and it received the RCSV membership plaque, a high-donation group for corporate organizations of the Korean Red Cross.
